How do I play poker?
I am going down to see my friend at University in a few days and the people in his flat are going to be playing poker. I need to learn quickly! Can anyone explain the concept, what to do, generally how to play in an easy to understand way!?
Me and my buddy are pretty solid poker players (amateur, but better than the tourists who only watch on TV), and we are going to visit Atlantic City on either Friday afternoon or Saturday during the day (maybe both). I was just wondering if anyone has any opinions for the best casino?
Which casino has the best limit games, any tournaments on Friday night or Saturday morning, and finally, the best buffet (since we’ll be getting lunch or dinner in AC at some point). Thanks!
I have been watching texas holdem poker for a while now on ESPN and have been playing it on computer for a while now. I want to get started because i want to see how it really feels like to play and maybe win some money. I am 20 right now so i know i cant go to Las Vegas and play for the big money. I have saved up quite a bit of money for the buy in. I want to join a tournament of a buy in of $500-2000 when i turn 21 and when i am off of school. Someone advised me to start low and play tournaments of $5-50 buy ins to get accustomed to the setting in casinos that allow you to play at 18 years of age or older. Any suggestions? Thanks
I play poker on-line and want to record my hands on to my computer. The site (Pacific Poker) has a history of my hands I can watch but don’t know how to record them. I have seen other people can do it as they post them on youtube.
I’m in the UK if that makes any difference, does anyone know?
I know how to play texas holdem…But just not with two players….Can someone tell me and give examples plz?
